This Privacy Policy describes how AmSaTech UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("AmSaTech", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AmSaTech mobile application ("App"). The App is a company showcase platform that presents our software services, portfolio projects, and enables users to submit project inquiries and receive AI-powered project estimates.

3.1 Project Inquiry Form
When you submit a project inquiry through the App, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name
• Email address
• Company or organization name (optional)
• Project type and description
• Budget range and preferred timeline
• Any additional details you choose to include

3.2 AI Estimator
When you use the AI Estimator feature, you provide inputs such as project type, budget range, and timeline. These inputs are processed to generate an initial project estimate. No personally identifiable information is required for this feature.

3.3 Technical and Usage Data
The App may automatically collect limited technical data necessary for operation and stability, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and error logs
• Anonymous usage statistics (feature interactions)

3.4 Contact Interactions
When you use the App's contact features (phone call, email, or map navigation), the App opens your device's native phone, email, or maps application. AmSaTech does not collect or store data from these interactions — they are handled entirely by your device and the respective native app.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To receive, review, and respond to project inquiries you submit
• To generate AI-powered project estimates based on your inputs
• To maintain and improve App performance and stability
• To monitor and fix technical errors via crash reports
• To understand how the App is used in order to improve it

Project inquiry data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request). Technical and usage data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a stable and improving application).

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — used for crash reporting, analytics, and backend infrastructure. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Google Play Services — required for operating the App on Android devices. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — opened via a deep link when you tap the office address. AmSaTech does not receive location data from this interaction.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Project inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping purposes, typically no longer than 3 years, unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention. Technical and crash data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@amsa-technology.com.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the relevant authority is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HBDI), Wiesbaden.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Project inquiries are transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

The AmSaTech App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the App, please contact us immediately at contact@amsa-technology.com so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
